- Allows adult attendants to travel with people having a permanent disability at no cost (on participating Canadian coach operators or Via Rail).
- Person with permanent disability also travels at a reduced fair.
- Apply for an attendant travelling to travel at no cost.
- Form must be signed by a health professional verifying the need for a travel attendant.
